AJAX How to show input only for some IP address

Hi I've got a user form on my website, I wonder how to show input (checkbox) only if user is from IP let's say 80.82.82.10 ?

I can send some value let's say json file from server and from client side this input should be shown only if it has value of 80.82.82.10.

How should I implement it?
