Checked a CheckBox in WIX

I have a WIX Project consisting of some wxs files.In my one file namely "DBFile" I have a "Check Box" and a "Radio Button" Type Control. I want to check and disable that Check Box on the basis of another functionality. If i select a Radio Button then i want to check the Check Box and disable it.

How can i achieve the same?

i am trying the below code:-
