JQuery + HTML terms of service agreement on weebly for mailchimp subscription

I'm using Weebly, currently I have the javascript in the header tag in the SEO & the html in a embedded widget Please help... I'll be relaxing a little to clear my mind while I wait for a reply. Thanks to anyone who helps.
