Add javascript function in the checkbox in CgridView in yii

I encounter a problem when I try to pass a value into a js function when using checkbox in CgridView in yii. the UI is like:enter image description here

I want that when I click the checkbox and then call the javascript function(ex:'onclick'=> "fn_onclick($data->id);") to update data in database? but looks it can't work, please help check, thanks.
