how to greyout or disable table when checkbox is clicked MS Word (VBA)

I have a basic Form in MS Word and have a requirement that when a user checks a checkbox then that will disable the contents in a table so that the user doesn't have to answer the questions in that table. Inside the table I have two questions with two checkboxes . Below is an example of what it looks like. So in this case if it's not applicable and user clicks checkbox it should disable the contents below or grey out so that the users knows to skip.
