Checkbox showing different color on multiple devices

I check here about using AppCompactCheckBox and here using styles

But my CheckBox generated programatically shows different colors and checkboxes when I installed them in devices running on Lollipop and Kitkat.

Suggest me a way so that my Checkbox would appear uniform in all devices.
