Uncheck checkbox after refresh with Spring

I have a simple Spring web application. I have in a JSP a simple checkbox and when I checked one I have the option to add some information and send it. My problem is that when I add wrong information and click send I receive error message which say that my information is wrong, but if I refresh the page the same checkbox remain checked and I want it to be unchecked. How can I do this.
