Unable to check checkbox in selenium

Trying to click checkbox but not clicking. Please note that all the other elements such as links I can click.

I am getting error message: Unable to locate element: {"method":"xpath","selector":"sub_Checkbox"}

I have tried most of the solutions provided in stackoverflow thats why I have created this new question.
