MS-Access - code if checkbox is True then subsequent records with same text field value then checkbox automatically True

I have a form where the same field value [MemberID] will be entered monthly.

I would like to have a checkbox [NoContact] that when selected all subsequent records with the same field value [MemberID] will have that same checkbox [NoContact] automatically selected.
