How to call a method on a Checkbox inside a list item of a listview based on a CursorAdapter (SQL)

I searched as much as I could before asking here but If you have references please just post the links. I have a Fragment, which contains a listview with different list items (TextView and Checkbox). I use a Loader and a CursorAdapter to fill my listview with my SQL data. Now I want to call methods on the Checkbox. How do I do that? I can provide code if you need :) thanks a lot
