google forms checkbox grid

I created an order form in Google Forms. When I get responses, there is an option to transfer the responses to Excel. One question is using the Checkbox grid. People check off options for coffee purchase such as roast, grind, amount. The answers to this question - in the Checkbox grid- do not transfer to Excel. Is there a way to make this happen? thank you.
