Remove Unchecked checkboxes PDF

I am not a developer by trade, so please bear with me!

I am creating a PDF document with a lot of checkboxes. Is there a javascript I can run that will DELETE all UNCHECKED checkboxes, leaving only the selected checkboxes there?
