Filter:checkbox and select box matching javascript

I have 3 different part for filter.

1. Animals (with five checkbox)
2. Technique or Commercial (with two checkbox)
3. Department (selectbox with 95 options)*

These are should be matching self between. I filtered but, for just between first and second part.

I added the third part, but it didn't true.

How can I solve this problem?
