Checkbox form email to outlook

I know you can use to send email through Outlook from HTML form, but what if you want to do that with checkbox/radio buttons options? Is this possible? I tried to use php, but it's way too complicated for me to understand, plus I can't find basic clean explanations with php form only using multiple checkboxes (I get lost in the other things I don't need).
