Readonly checkbox not displayed as readonly on the screen

I have a checkbox that is readonly but on the screen it's not displayed as a readonly checkbox!

Here it's in the DOM

but actually it's not readonly on the screen

I wonder why it's not readonly on the screen as it's already a readonly checkbox!!
