TKinter: Create User Input Checklist Box Associated with Running Scripts

I want to create a TKinter checklist box that looks like the image below.

After creating the box, I would need code to do the following:

a) if box is checked, then run corresponding script b) if multiple boxes are checked, run multiple scripts --> associated with each selected derived variable

Note: I have the derived variable scripts ready ... just need to figure out how a user can select the derived variable he/she wants in a form and then have the corresponding script(s) run
