How to Stop dataGridView editting after checked cell?

I use ContexMenuStrip on DataGridView to delete some rows but doesn't work correctly. every time if i checked 3 rows , after select ContexMenuStrip only delete 2 rows . I do this code without ContexMenuStrip (By Button) that it works correctly.

when I see the behavior i Understand current row is editing but doesn't finish.after double click on the current row to stop editing my ContexMenuStrip work correctly.

how to stop editing after checked checkBox?
