how can I add a CheckBox and press only once?

I created an arraylist (12 items in a View) and now I want to add a CheckBox, but when it is pressed, it is ticked that element and element with 12 positions above or below; For example, if the "house" in the 3rd position is checked, the "car" element on the 15th position is also automatically checked.
