I want to trigger an api call after multiple checkbox select in a form in angularJS 1.x

I have a form of type checkBox. So, my problem statement is that I need to trigger an api after certain time after which the checkbox selection get disabled and api triggered and once I have response from api, I will again be able to select from form.

I am looking for a quick help. Please assist me in it!!
