I want to change a value for a specifically id inside my database

I will describe my problem.

The user gets forwarded to a random page for example: http://localhost/anzeige.php?id=73 (with a random ID). On this page is a button and a checkbox. If the user will press the button and ticks the checkbox. I want to change the value for this specifically ID inside my database. The value I want to change is this 0 to 1 but I don't know how. I hope you can help me.
