how to use checkbox list to select multiple table names from database and download the checked tables as excel file sheet

I have multiple tables in mysql database and created a list of checkboxes in wodpress page with download button, I want the user be able to download the selected tables with checkboxes and select specific row of checked tables, so there will be two list of checkboxes first list is to select column name(governorates) and the second check box list is to select table name(sector), after selecting the value of both check boxes click on the download button to download the selected data as excel file sheet.
