How to add checkbox in table view

I create an application with a table view. I want to add a checkbox at the end of each row.

My table view consists of data from Realm. When user press "add" button, new element of tableview is appeared (the reload method is called and the table is updated).

I want the application to remember the checkbox state and show it after restarting the application.

How to implement this?
