How can we disable antd table's checkboxes based on conditions?

For example there are 10 records I want to enable only first two records reamining all records should be disabled automatically? Simple antd table please check this below codeSandbox link

I wanted to disable only 4 rows the remaining all rows should be enabled and the numbers in getCheckboxProps this method would be coming from props Can anyone help me in right direction?
