ag-grid-HeaderChecboxSelection must select rows based on condition

I am working with angular .I am using ag-grid to display the data. I have a headerCheckboxSelection(that selects all the rows if clicked/checked) and have checkboxSelected(for each individual cell. I want the headerCheckboxSelection checkbox to select the rows based on a condition . How can I do that? Thanks in advance.
