Update values in database from A checkboxdatagrid

I am trying to update values in MySQL from a datagrid checkbox column (WPF), but I am not getting a definite answer, and I have been stuck on this topic, All I can do is read but I cannot update values, TO read I bind the datagrid columns to properties of a class and set the datagrid context to a result set created by dapper, But I cannot figure out how do you update values in the database, I have Extensively searched for it and I am not able to conclude to any answer
