Enable Disable texbox per row php using javascript

How to enable and disable per row on a table in php?

For example: I have Data from my database. Example, item_name and displays it on a table per row and beside each item_name should have checkbox and textbox. Once i click the checkbox of the item_name, the textbox on its row should be disabled.
