Vba code to send email to recepients indicated in checkboxes

I am learning vba at the moment on my own, and I am trying to create a code that would select information from the checkboxes that are ticked (information is email addresses) and send an email to those people. The part where I am stack is what is a good method to do it. I googled a function to check if box is empty, and now I would like to get out text on checkbox which an email. Just an advice would be very appreciated. Thank you guys a lot! :)
