C# WinForm ListView with checkboxes at some items only

I'm using ListView Control.
Need to have checkboxes with a half of the items only.
I see listView1.CheckBoxes property. Looks it refers to all the items.
Is there some easy way how I can make the checkboxes with specified Items only ?
