Drag Select Checkboxes in Kotlin

Is there a way of creating a drag select with checkboxes in Android Studio using Kotlin? If you know the game Rainbow Six Siege, there is a character that hacks phones and in that animation you see her drag select multiple checkboxes while swiping. Anyone have a clue how I can implement that?
