How to select a row/rows in a tableview (ViewBased) using checkbox button in cocoa

Issue- Checkbox action: I have taken a checkbox in the table view and on selecting it, the whole row should get selected. I have assigned an action method on this checkbox but though i am selecting it the action method is not getting triggered.

Please advice on the same.
