Excel - VBA - Copy Rows From Source WB To Target WB Based On Checkbox Value in Target WB

GIVEN:

a) Source workbook with 5 tabs each containing 1 row with dates (01/01/2016 > 31/12/2016) and 15 rows of data (for each day of the year);

b) Target workbook with 15 words (A1:A15) each followed by a checkbox (Each of the words corresponds with a row in the source workbook);

c) A start date and end date.

QUESTION:

How can I make sure that Excel is copying the corresponding row segments (Start date > end date) from a specific sheet in the source workbook to the second sheet of the target workbook based on the checkbox selections that were made on the first sheet of the target workbook?

I'm fairly new to VBA, and thus far I haven't been able to make it work...
