how populate repeater with checkchanged checkbox with post input parameter

I have repeater with multiple checkbox that bind from database .I have to rebind another repeater with onclick check box and send checkbox id to a query to search and bind result to second repeater . can I do this work without ajax code?? this is repeater1 for dynamic checkbox
