Click checkbox & hide div then display new div over the existing div

Lets say i have a div(id=visible) with few radios in them.

One clicking a checkbox(id=completed) which is not on same div i would want DIV id=visible to display another div right there.

div ids would be id=visible(for visible div) & id=hidden(displays after checking id=completed checkbox.

How can this be done?
