How do I get checkboxes beside strings that will be dynamically displayed in Java?

What I'm doing is searching for duplicate files. After the search, they should be listed in clusters based on the same hash/name etc. I want check-boxes to appear beside each individual result so the person can delete the ones they want manually by selecting these check-boxes.
