Dhtmlxgrid pagination with checkbox select

I am working on spring mvc project and using DHTMLXGRID. I am taking values from xml to show on the grid. In grid i applied checkbox in the 1st column.I want apply a button which will only select the no of records in the page (I have applied pagination).But when I applied the logic it selects all the records instead of records in a page kindly help??? Please
