pyq, check multiple check boxes

I'm working on a project with pyqt and python, which I'm quite new to both. I have made my window design in Qt designer and now I'm working on implementing the code. Now to my problem, I have a number of check boxes and I want to make a loop to check which of them that are check. But I can't figure out how so if someone could point me in the right direction I would be grateful.
