Use multiple checkbox values to get data from mysql database and display it in PHP

I want select data for specific teacherID based on the selected day I picked from a multiple checkbox. Which is the checkbox values does not stored in database

For example, I do have 1 table which is TABLE {teacherID, classID, day, time}

When user select certain day from the multiple checkbox it will show the time and classID the teacher need to attend.

I only able to fetch 1 data. It is not okay when the teacher have more than one class to attend for that day. How someone could help me with this
