selecting text to import from word/excel to word document using userform and checkboxes?

I have a list of paragraphs in word that i want to copy into another word file using vba userforms with checkboxes. At this moment I'm Ok with creating the userform, however, the code behind it to copy and paste the text into my document is the actual pain.. Anyone have an idea how to tackle? thanks,
