Retrieve stored checkbox values from database to vbform using vb.net

I have successfully inserted the checked value of checkbox as YES and Unchecked value as NO in the database .Now during retrieval of data i want all the checkbox to be checked automatically in my retrieval form.For eg. If i have checked all checkboxes say 1-15 in form 1 and in form 2 if i write that students rollno i all checkboxes in form 2 must be checked automatically.
