How to create a checkbox filter for a webshop in laravel?

Hi i'm having a problem with my checkbox searching.

My database:

Groups are made, filled with searchtags. These searchtags are connected to bikegroups.

In the front-end:

What i want to achieve:

If a checkbox from Brands is selected and a checkbox from year is selected. It needs to return the bikegroups where brand = dutch and where year = 2016.

I don't know how to group this.

Any help is appreciated.
