How to delete selected SQL Entries with a VBA Checkbox

i'm working on a web tool , which enters dates into a SQL table. It works but it needs improvent and i dont use VBA often.

What i want is that the tool deletes ,with a Click-Button" every SQL entry (GridView) from my table , where i put the check on the checkbox

How do i code that in VBA?
