wix website data sharing agreement checkbox and proceed button

I am trying to add a data sharing agreement accept checkbox to my Wix website. Also, this checkbox needs to be checked before clicking the proceed button. If user presses the proceed button without checking the checkbox, button should not allow to direct to the new page. Could you please help me with the HTML code?
