Java Excel Import - Checkbox lists (Form Control)

I need to do an excel import, using java and excel checkbox. The file is like bellow:

How can I get values from the checkbox list? The checkbox lists were created with "form controls" or "controls activeX".

I can't find a solution with "Apache poi" or "JExcel". Is there a solution using these or others?
