how to uncheck a checkbox after any input in the rest of the form in Rails

Basically, the implicit agreement of the user to the terms and conditions (the check box on the registration page) is to be regarded "void" if the user changes anything to the provided data after checking the box. (this is necessary to comply with legal standards of the GDPR).

How could I achieve that behavior on a standard Rails form?
