Button that checkes multiple checkboxes

I'm really stuck with a code. I know basic coding but i cant figure this out. I currently have a ninja form with some check boxes. I added a button to my site. When i click this button it should check multiple check boxes in my ninja form.

What code can i assign to my button to activate those check boxes.
