UFT : dot net factory

I am working with UFT dot net factory for creating customized form. I would like to add checkbox to form dynamically by using loops (which I have completed and is successful) and check if the checkbox is checked or not using loop(I am stuck here :( ).

Individually I can do that but I have to code the entire options separately . I want some solution to loop through the window items and check if the checkboxes are checked or not (similar to what we use to do in creating apps.)

Please help me out!!!
