Trying to apply conditional logic on checkbox option in elementor pro form

I created a Elementor form with a checkbox field - Are you a resident of the State of Hawaii*Yes/No If user selects no to the resident of Hawaii question, then a message must appear saying that this process is only reserved for Hawaii State Residents and should not allow the user to submit the info. Can you help me please how can I achieve it without any plugin help.enter image description here
