I'm trying to get boxes that are checked to output text on an image

So far, I have only managed to use product customisers and it's not quite got the feature I need.

So now, I am looking at another way. Basically. The idea is that the user checks the boxes, which I have set up using a form so that it comes through with the order... But I would like to give them a preview too... So is there some code, that takes the selected words, and overlays them on the image?
