Im getting Javascript Checkbox problem in my project

I am using 4 labels with checkbox in my project. Each label has one checkbox, but it's not working in Javascript. I cannot use JQuery because I have to use only Javascript. I tried many times but didn't get any idea for this problem. Can anybody help me.
