How can I save the name or a string value of the checked checkbox in the database?

I used four checkboxes on my software. Each of these checkboxes has its own name, and I want to save the name or a string value of each of these checked checkbox in the database. I designed this software as MVVM and have tried to Bind the Checkboxes values as Enum so far, but it was not successful. I know it might be a lot easier to work with radio button, but I need a checkbox and, as I said, a string value as an E-Mail Subject and save the value in the database. Please help me. They are E-Mail subjects
